Welcome to Lusso Vita Decor. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the terms under which you use our website www.lussovitadecor.com and purchase our products.
By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from this Site, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in the UK.

3. Products and Availability

We sell artificial flower arrangements and related decorative items.
All products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

While we strive for accuracy, small variations in colour, size, or arrangement may occur, as each product is handcrafted.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of our accepted methods (e.g., debit/credit card, PayPal, etc.).

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or description before accepting your order.

5. Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the UK, US and EU. Delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, customs delays).

Once shipped, ownership of the goods passes to you when you receive them.

7. Cancellations and Returns

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

We will refund the cost of the item and standard delivery charges within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exclusions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised arrangements.

  • Items returned damaged, used, or not in their original condition.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Product Descriptions

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight differences in colour or design may occur due to handmade variations or screen settings.

Such minor variations do not constitute a fault.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including images, text, graphics, and logos—is the property of Lusso Vita Decor or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials from our Site without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or Site.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer or excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
