In the event that your product is faulty, please email us at lussovitadecor@yahoo.com within 7 days receiving the item(s). For a swift process please include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue with the product. Please note it is uncommon for our customers to experience such an event, however in the event that his happens we will amend the issue as fast as possible.
